求助HSPICE2011安装

各位大侠
我按照提示安装完了SCLhspice simif
证书也按照说明生成的，但运行提示如下错误，求指导

我的.bashrc 如下

后面用lmgrd得到

其他都没改系统是centos6.4cpu是AMD64，安装过程中我勾选了AMD64
