ic616 的 DEFT license

安装了ic616，能正常打开使用，但在打开DEFT时，产生license错误，见下面：
FAIled to invoke DEFT:
Unable to get the Cadence(R) Design Framework II license，cannot invoke deft。

另外DEFT还需要使用环境变量CDS_ROOT，所以你必须确定这个变量的设置。
