ubuntu 10.3 安装 vcs？

我原来安装过一次，好像最后报错，就装了centos+vcs. 现在看到还是有很多人用ubuntu. 各位大侠怎么解决的?

Newest Ubuntu stable version is 10.04.1.
I have tried to set up VCS 2009.06 & VCS MX 2009.12 on Centos and RHEL 5.5 but not success. But I had success with Ubuntu.

right, i tried on 10.3, not 13. but error reported on the last step, maybe some libs missing

the failure is like this:
