silvaco仿真问题

本人用silvaco仿真太阳能电池，在光源设置这一块出现这个问题，想请教有经验的或者此方面的高手，这是为什么?不胜感激

That message also appears in my code. But it seems it doesn't alter anything if the code just keeps running to the end and the result comes out successfully. So don't bother about it if you can get the results.
