Silvaco TCAD在WIN7系统中问题

再win7 系统下安装Silvaco TCAD, 运行软件自带的一个例子，发现extract 命令，在输出窗口中显示Can't read file 'mos1ex01_1.log': No such file or directory，无法具体得到结果值，怎么回事?

哪位大神可以指点一下呢?

我在XP系统下，也有类似问题，不是系统的问题

We have discovered that Windows 7 intermittently ignores the .log extension of the files in the working directory. This will make it impossible to recall these files using deckbuild. We do not have a solution for this at the moment.
