ICC problem for GCells too large

I got the error messages while doing ICC "verify route".Does anybody know the reason?
Error: Database contAIns global routing GCells that are too large. (ZRT-096)
Error: Failed to load CEL. (ZRT-002)

you might need change the "gridResolution = 5" in your ICC tech file.
Hopefully, it is workable.

gridSolution是制造精度，跟global routing cell没有关系啊，我试过了，不行呢。
