求助,关于不收敛的问题。

真的搞不明白,为什么老是出现不收敛的问题。有没有大神知道网格到底要怎么优化?我感觉我的网格比书里的例子细很多啊,怎么老是不收敛呢。我买的书说是网格、物理模型、迭代方法。这也太模糊了吧,实际很难找到是哪些语句导致的问题。代码如下,可否有大神帮忙分析下,不胜感激。
