安装cadence遇到问题，求解答！

运行安装命令./SETUP.SH，填写安装路径home/eda/ic6100后出现了
Setting up softload for lnx86 in /home/eda/ic6100

The following tar errors were detected:

/bin/tar: Removing leading `/' from member names
Could not set up SoftLoad in /home/eda/ic6100\c
You must have write permissions to install directory \c
and all its subdirectories
and atleast 10 MB avAIlable disk \c
space in install directory.

怎么办?不能继续了

找了2天了还是没有找到一个可以在Red Hat Enterprise 上安装的cadence安装包，
我上面给的系列教程里就有从官网直接下载Cadence说有软件的介绍！
