DC 2008安装问题 The feature is needed

我前不久刚刚弄了下DC，没有安装成功，有其他事就耽搁了。昨天开始正式安装和学习DC，可是总是遇到这个问题，我看了论坛中也有不少人遇到这个问题，好多人都解决了，但是就是没有谁说具体是怎么解决的，特此询问各位前辈高手们，这个问题如何解决。
我在redhat AS4，AS4，Ubuntu10.04都试过了，全都出现这个问题。郁闷中啊！急救。安装遇到了不少问题，成功后，我自己写一个小结共享给所有后手....
