Has any one used Mentor PERC？

Has any one used Mentor PERC?
Can it be used to detect "floating nodes (or floating gates)". I tried couple times and got a bunch of warning or error message.
Do you have different experience?

Compared with other ESD tools, what is the differenceof PERC?

Perc is good for checking ESD/EOS, it is very easy to check floating node.
