nLint安装问题求高手

安装的nLint200904，在etc/rc.local中写入lmgrd -c ../license.dat 结果显示
6:40:31 (lmgrd) The license server manager (lmgrd) running as root:
6:40:31 (lmgrd)This is a potential security problem
6:40:31 (lmgrd)and is not recommended.
6:40:31 (lmgrd) FAIled to open the TCP port number in the license.
bash: home/cxc/eda/springsoft/nLint2009/bin/lmgrd: No such file or directory
但是，我安装的lmgrd的路径没错，TCP port怎么设置，license中的TCP port是28001（当时生成license时，并未改动，安装verdi时候这个并没有什么影响啊）。
启动nLint后，显示：
nLint - A hdl Design Rule Checker, Release 2009.04 (Linux) 03/25/2009
Copyright (C) 1996 - 2009 by SpringSoft, Inc.
*WARN* Failed to check out license.
自己折腾半天一头雾水，不知道解决，希望高手指点一下，或者可能是哪方面原因引起的希望指点。不甚感激。
