silvaco mixedmode 加入光照 问题

本人在silvaco mixedmode 里面仿真一个加入光照情况下的光电二极管,即时窗口里面跑到显示performing 2D ray trace 就跑不动了。不知道和原因,求大神指教,附上带代码。
