QRC10.1 license找不到问题

在安装了QRC10.1并指定了license后运行QRC报如下找不到licnese问题。请各位大侠支招是怎么回事。
指定license格式如下：
setenv LM_LICENSE_FILE "/tools/cadence/license/license.dat"

You need 1 count of the QRC Extraction L / XL 10.0 License.

我的QRC在assura不能用，还有就是assura挂不到virtuoso的layout菜单栏，用命令能用，请大神支招，cadence5141与assura410能否兼容
