经查，license.dat里面的port没有被占用。改过其它的也不行
有没有谁碰到过这问题并解决了的?救命啊！
搞了两天了，没有进展，郁闷啊~

我以前在虚拟机上全部改为RHEL65却可以。不知道为啥。

1.确定下网卡名有eth0，而非em0
2. 确定下selinux或者iptables的规则开放了需要的端口

换个port试试，可能你用的port被约束了。

输入命令lmstat，查看license启动情况。也可以尝试启动cadence，看能否启动，因为有可能你license已经启动了，再次启动时也会报该错

lsof |grep <tcp port> ,check if the port is used

/etc/hosts里面改错了，不能把原来localhost那行改掉。

我最后改成
127.0.0.1localhost localhost.localdomain RHEL65 RHEL65
::1RHEL65 RHEL65 RHEL65 RHEL65
可以试试。
