求救！calibre2007 license 问题

我新安装了calibre2007版，在启动license时出现了问题，请大佬们请教。
启动license前，我用lmstat查看license启动情况，显示：

显示：

一个问题是：cannot open lock file (/var/tmp/lockmgcld): Permission denied
此文件 /var/tmp/lockmgcld 属性已被我修改为可写可操作；
另一个问题是：MULTIPLE "mgcld" license server systems running
为何老是说有多个license在运行。
在第二次启动license前我已经lmdown calibre license了。
已经弄了好几天了，一直搞不定，请各位帮忙。

重启了，没有出现一楼所说的问题了；但是输入calibre -gui，系统提示找不到此命令，这又是怎么回事儿啊?
