ic610无法调用hspiceD仿真，而且 还出现什么MOS_VTL没定义，这是怎么回事？

各位大侠，我用ic610和Hspice 05版，在cadence里调用hspiceD仿真时CIW窗口列出警告：
*Warning* The version of the Hspice simulator that you are using may not
support the generation of PSF output on Linux. If you are having
trouble viewing simulation results, please contact Hspice customer
support to identify the version that supports this capability.
而且，下边还有一个警告是
*WARNING* dbOpenCellViewByType: File '/home/tools/techlib/ic6/FreePDK45/ncsu_basekit/lib/NCSU_Devices_FreePDK45/NMOS_VTL/symbol/symbol.oa' is not writable
这个不可读的文件是不是就导致了以下错误?
**error** model name pmos_vtl in the element0:m0
is not defined.
**error** model name nmos_vtl in the element0:m1
is not defined.
这个问题该怎么解决呢?求大神们指导啊

好像是没有加一个仿真模型，这个仿真模型 我找不到呀，求大神们指导啊，
警告没事的，第一个警告是说不支持生成的PSF波形文件，这个没事；第二警告说NMOS的 symbol不可写，这个也没事；
错误是说你的Pmos,nmos模型没有定义，这说明你没加模型，或者模型section没加对。这是问题关键
