ic614 lic still not work

i've downloaded the ic613 patch from http://www.eetop.cn/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=164488&extra=&highlight=ic6&page=1
but, after patch done, i still can not start up the license file by using lmgrd.

What's the problem with the patch?
Can someone provide me the worked patch with IC614.

BTW, in order to run skf in my RHEL 4.7, i changed the skf file with this one:

OKay, problem solved~
DO not use lmgrd to startup the floating license.
Use node locked license, and setenv for LM_LICENSE_FILE

ya you re right that what he should do, the one in IC610 makes work all cadence tools

some one plz give some details for installing ic614 , i am try from a moth not getting the start , i am using rhle4 as ,
i am not getting following
base install:
- install license server from ic610 or assura314, use the included
lic-file (gives the well known license error for Capture and
Cadence_3D_designer) license server must be version 10.8.5 or
below , 10.8.6 from ic614 does not accept the old license ！
lmgrd -v prints out the license server version
- install ic614 , skip the license server installation
