IC615兼容0.3.04 NeoCircuit和NeoCell03.04？

Nobody answered my questions.In the meantime I found the answers. In case, answers might be useful to some other people so I reply to my own topic.
IC615 incorporated Neockt and Neocell functionality among multi corner simulation capability in EDA Xl/GXL options. User interface is different, it is now part of the IC615 flow.
Neocell does not work with IC615 if one interested to use it directly since it is written in older OS. Neockt can be used but still has some OS issues. In short these two producta are obsoluted without any support or porting to newer OS's.
