2007.03 just compatible for Windows XP system, if you use Vista, the BIN directory will lost！
the easiest way to solve this is copy the BIN from another computer, and add the environment variables
everything goes right after doing that！enjoy it

过了半小时开hspice2007后却会出现此错误如下(然后hspice就自动跳掉)
