VCS2009.12安装后不能使用DVE，请高手解答

在论坛下载了vcs2009.12安装在rhel4上，scl为：10.9.3，installer为：v2.2。license启动成功。请高手解答以下原因。（在eetop上看到有人说是内存太小的问题，我把内存加到了1G,还是有如下问题，期待高手解答）
在bash下输入：
输入dve命令得到如下错误：
/usr/synopsys/D-2009.12/gui/dve/linux/bin/dve.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libsnpsmalloc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
输入vcs -gui的到如下错误：
Cannot find files
Cannot find executable 'avista'. Either it is not supported with this
release or it is not installed correctly.
Use a newer release if this problem persist or
