请问GT pattern density is 15%怎么解决？

我在IC5141下，用SMIC13工艺画版图，用Calibre进行DRC检查，老是说我GT pattern density is 15%，是不是说我的GT poly的密度不到15%?但是怎么修改设计才能符合要求呢?请高手指教，谢谢！

You do not have to worry about it. The error is "poly density is < 15%", which will be solved at the end, when you make the mask, either Foundry or your Tape-out team will do the dummy-fill to ensure poly density will meet the need.
All you need to fix is "maximum density violation".
