Design Compiler 2008.09 foating license not work

It works when I type "dc_shell" with local license, but does not work with a floationg license, and "design_vision" works with foating license, Why?

Dose somebody have the same problem? floating not work！

which vision is your DC? From 2006, dc does not support dc_shell.
