routing on virtuoso 6.13

anyone can answer that why routing menu dont have on virtuoso layout
i cant run it
can please help me

or can tell me thatwhere can i excute the route command

virtuoso is layout EDITOR.
ROUTE command you can execute in SOC Encounter

i see it there

thank very muchi know on virtuoso610 or higher routing was replace by Cadence Chip asemblies router
