Installing SoC 8.1？

I extracted the contents of the iso file. Downloaded patch_encounter32 and placed it into the directory I extracted the iso file to. Ran the patch, but it fAIls:

1. error: failed to read+write: sfk - skipping
   
2. 39% CRACK/Pwarn : cannot read: anges
   
3. 174 files checked, 0 changed.
   
4. 1 errors, 1 warnings occurred.

Please, someone help me get this software working. All I have is the iso file.
