新人想在labview8.6中内嵌c代码出现的问题

用vc6.0将.dll文件转为.lsb文件时每次都会出现

Error executing c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe.
网上说是lvsbutil.exe这文件有问题但去官网下了以后替换过还是不行，请大虾指教
