Qualcomm help needed (will be paid)

We need:
- bypass secure boot
- put our baseband (patched) to trusted zone
- sign the baseband somehow to pass validation
- all device manufacturers with qualcomm chipsets are ok
If you have solution for any qualcomm device (our you can supply such devices) then let me know. The working solution will be paid good！
