Surface显示图片问题

 area_pixmaps

Description This hook is a directory which contains bitmap files. When

                       a  user attaches the attribute .area_name=<name> to a surface

                       feature, the surface will be displayed stippled according to the

                       bitmap file by that name.

若要使 bitmap 生效, 並取代 surface 的圖形顯示, 必須在 surface 上, 加入一個

attribute  .area_name = < name >.xbm , 或 <name>.xpm,    < name > 表示

/genesis/sys/hooks/area_pixmaps/< name >. xbm  或 <name>.xpm

可是我怎么也不能显示出来，V9.01每个步骤都是按上述写的啊，请高手指点一下。
