做锣带的必看,大师指点,

在做锣带时头痛的是线飞出去或来点小小的凹凸位,不放大是看不出来,但这是致命的问题。1,可在记事本把它抓出来删除,2,也可在CAM350里不加补偿输出,再到记事本加G42。G40,注意要在下刀处和收刀 处预加好所用的半个刀径,否则实际中会交叉。3,如果在外围出现,因为走了长斜线,CAM350会自动在莫处加个点来均衡补偿,产生凹位,可在机器里用公制3:2格式解决,不用去删除又达到效果,4,所有不加补偿输出,下刀处一定要在圆弧收刀方可,既不用加半个刀径,百试百爽!5,当圆锣不圆时,可采用先走弧,在加G32XYA,对于差些的机器很好的效果。6,下刀是关键,确记!不同的下刀,收刀,效果皆然不同。以上要集合自己的机器性能来操作。想进一步交流的朋友请QQ:35664250。欢迎指教。

一楼的兄弟,我再补充一点:

做锣带的话,用CAM350V6.0比V8.0的好,很多8.0的不行的在6.0里面OK,

(在做锣带时头痛的是线飞出去),如你想用1.6的刀锣,可以在转锣带输刀径时输入1.7刀径

在导出后再改成1.6的就OK了,不过下刀要注意!

在我这里没有不通过的锣带,当然考虑的因素太多,尖角就是难题。我用V8。5。看看例子:

请问G32XYA是什么命令?有何用途?

G32是逆时针锣圆的命令,,XY表示此圆的中心坐标值,A表示此圆的半径大小。如G32X50。0Y50.0A5.0

表示在离原点X方向Y方向50.MM处锣半径5.0MM的圆。

请问在做锣带的时候如何考虑受力问题?

我也作钻锣带,其实很简单,熟悉后仔细一些就很少出错了。主要问题是锣带变形的问题,一般在尖角的地方出现得多,我们可以把下刀点和提刀点放到这里就可以了,实在不行就分两段锣带,另外是小的锣槽会出项不规则的情况,这个时候我们可以在下刀点和收刀点预先钻一个孔,便可达到理想状况。

让刀问题是有它好处,不能说就是害处.为什么这样说,我是经常利用让刀来控制尺寸的,哈哈.
