很菜的问题！

就是在做非林标记孔的时候,我想把这个标记复制到*.txt 这一层上,可是有出错提示:

there is no NC data selected,therefore there is

nothing to copy to layer L7:bt5565.txt:NC primary！

请问是什么原因?
