HFSS仿真报错，没有遇见过

老是出现这种错误：
Failed to copy local file setup1.pnt to file E:/My
Document/project1.hfssresults/HFSSDesign9.results/DV292_S63_V76.cmesh/current.facx.Error:?
Failed to copy local file setup1.pnt to file E:/My
Document/project1.hfssresults/HFSSDesign9.results/DV292_S63_V76.cmesh/current.fpntx.Error:?
Unable to save current mesh data for simulation: Setup1
Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.
然后只有把这模型删了，重新复制粘贴出来仿就好了但是调几次它又出现这种错误了。
谁有这种错误的经验求指导

仿真时候会读写出一个文件夹的，与你的设计名字是一样的的那个。把那个文件删除了，然后再仿真。
