hfss软件出现问题（求助）

我昨天还能运行HFSS的ANALYZE ALL,今天运行竟然出现问题：
  Inital mesh,process mesh3d:Error while opening or writing the mesh files.
  Simulation copmpleted with execution error on server:Local Machine.
