hfss做异向介质仿真，总是在报网格mesh的错误，疯狂中

    [error] Initial mesh, process mesh3d : Error while opening or writing the mesh files.
    [error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.
总是在报这个错误，由于正着急要仿真结果，这些天都疯狂了，希望各位大侠多帮忙啊
