HSFF仿真错误，求大侠帮忙！

我在使用HFSS V10 做仿真的时候 HFSS总是不能完成仿真，都会出现报错。我试过自带的例子也不行
错误的内容是：Initial mesh, process mesh3d: Error while opening or writting the mesh files.
                            Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Mechine.
覆盖修复以后还是不能运行提示：Unable to save current mesh date for simulation
                                                            Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Mechine.
小弟是新手，不会做啊，求救
。
