Our automatic Pick&Placers have been enhanced for the assembly of components down to 01005 size. To handle those small parts (dimensions of 0.4 mm × 0.2 mm), measuring systems with a resolution of 0.5 microns are used.

我们的全自动贴片设备可装配小到01005的元器件，可处理微型元件（0.4mm× 0.2mm）、采用0.5微米分辨率的测试系统。

The stationary Vision system measures the parts precisely and determines the exact dimensions before the component is placed. Due to the light weight of the components, special coated tools are used. After settling the component on the circuit board, the part is actively blown off the tool.
