请教几个低级的小问题，高手进

各位大虾ADS小菜请教几个问题：
1，库中的管子模型是大信号模型还是小信号模型?
2，小信号的S参数和库中的模型有什么联系?
3，如果ADS库中没有的器件模型如何写入ADS?写入时需要哪些参数?

Industry resources and partners listed on this page provide downloadable ADS Design kits, models in the Agilent EEsof industry standard Touchstone .s2p (S-Parameter) format, ADS compatible SPICE models, large signal device models, or fabrication processes that are compatible with Agilent EEsof products. Some of these models have layout artworks associated with them.

昨天看到一篇文章,介绍ADS的文件格式的,根据里面的描述，SNP的文件描述的都是小信号S参数,而ADS所给的器件模型均为SNP文件类型,从而可以推断库中的管子模型均为小信号模型(ADS也支持大信号模型,不过文件格式变为S2D了)
