请教一个关于component wizard 的问题

今天做BF533的PCB封装库，用COMPONENT WIZARD直接生成160 ball的mini BGA模型。
配置管脚时(define the layout of the BGA footprint by selecting the proper valu
es)发现有四个配制选项不是很明确其用途，分别是：
cutout ;
corner ;
center ;
rows and columns ;
