一个问题+一个下载地址

刚到Altium的网站上下载到Philips芯片的元器件库（http:
//www.altium.com/forms/libraries/designer/IntLib_list.asp），但是在DXP中添加元件库
时，提示如下图所示的错误，不知是什么原因。我可是到官方网站上下载的元器件库的呀，怎么会无法识别呢?
