polyline command能划斜线吗？

ORCAD CIS 9.2 在建库时, 使用Polyline 命令，能画斜线吗?( 三角形），按理说应该可以，但是我的不行，望高手指点！

while creat library,If use Line command to draw triangle,but can NOT fill with solid ?
