问一个问题，为什么配置的PLL的IP核，
如图，红框的那个接了输入，在NIOS II中就会出现 [Target Connection]: Connected system ID hash not found on target at expected base address.的问题，老是连接不上，把这个复位信号取消了或者不接，nios就正常连接了，没有这个ID的问题了，不知道是怎么回事?求大神帮忙解答一下，谢谢！
