请问一个F类放大器谐波控制网络的问题

请问,这个负载网络是怎么实现2次谐波开路3次短路的啊?有PA高手能解答下吗?

这个是英文说明:Figure 1 shows the typical transmissionline inverse ClassF loadnetwork schematic where a shunt 60degree
transmissionline TL1 provides
low impedance for the third harmonicand certain impedances for the fundamental and second
harmonics at the device drain terminal. The secondharmonic
peaking is achieved by using of a 45-degree opencircuit
stub TL3 which creates a low impedance at the end of
a series transmission line TL2 at the second harmonic. As a
result, the series transmission line with electrical length of
less than 45° at the fundamental, combined in parallel with
the shunt 60-degree transmission line and device output capacitances
Cout, operates as a second-harmonic tank
