(1)问题主要出在PA的切换点时,PA进行功率等级的切换,造成功率控制的不够平滑,所以会有凸包或凹包。我现在这个应该就是切换点吧。
(2)调整某个功率等级的温度补偿?什么是温补,是这个吗?Temperature compensation offset dB, PA high mode=0.00000,0.00000,0.00000,0.00000,0.00000,0.00000,0.00000,0.000000 怎么调?
(3)要是电压出现问题,怎么看出来, Dc2Dc=3.4V,2.6V,2.2V,1.9V,1.5V,1.1V,0.7V,0.6V,如何调整?有些有2.7v,有些有3.4v,真心不知道为什么有这么大差异。
(4)调整手机的频率补偿。是在这里面调吗?
还有什么fail可能也一并举出来,最好能讲解一下,呵呵!问题有点多,知道贴吧大神不少,真心不懂,真心请教。谢谢!

这两组是对应关系,例如PA M Mode切换到L Mode fail 就修改对应M-L 的DC-DC电压 0.7V和0.6V
这些校准文件的DC-DC值最好和Modem文件里TPC部分的偏置电流(PA供应商手里会有)根据PA的DATASHEET对应上,但是不对应上也不会有太大影响。

这就是PA H Mode对应多个信道的频率补偿,也是三种Mode都有对应的位置可以改,其实方法很多,重要的是理解。
fail状态是什么呢,功率是偏低还是偏高。感觉最后俩个电压0.7V,0.6V低了点,可以都+0.2v看看。
我最近也遇到和小编一样的情况,研究了一下,又问了下PA的供应商 skyworks, 首先你先在几台仪器上校准综测看下是否是true fail还是仪器的问题.确认是true fail 按照sky FAE的说法,目前PA已经不存在之前的三级gain mode 了,完全是靠这dcdc 8段电压来控制, 首先需要你mipi文件里配置的电压增益要与你校准ini文件这八个电压一致,如果不一致很可能导致内环功控fail,另外我这边最后发现fail在-2dbm到0dbm,自己调整了一下最后两个电压,WCDMA B1 改成Dc2Dc=3.4V,2.6V,2.2V,1.9V,1.5V,1.1V,1.1V,1.1V WCDMA B2 改成Dc2Dc=3.4V,2.6V,2.2V,1.9V,1.5V,1.3V,1.1V,1.1V ,WCDMA的内环就OK了.后面的改法仅供参考,小编可以尝试下,希望对你遇到的问题有帮助

@jack1_lu你好,你这调电压有什么规律吗?而且以前我都是不改电压,都是张贴别的ini配置,都可以所以我觉得应该不止改电压。你说mipi的配置是不是就是校准文件中ini文件。
mipi是配置接口吧,ini文件是配置射频参数吧

MIPI不止是配置接口参数,还有很多的
其他参数我也确实没怎么动过 ,用MTK给的原始文件,调好之后校准综测后没问题的话慢校一遍然后倒出ini给到工厂作为校准文件.一般都没有太大问题.至于内环可能会和温补有关,但是DCDC能改好的话,建议按照我上面的步骤优化温补等其他参数

个人经验;1.根据SKY提供 LUT文件,参考其中对应制式频段的VCC1/VCC2值更改.INI文件中DC2DC值;
如附图所示,一般就是改.ini文件中那四个地方

调调看fail的功率点的电压和偏置电流,另外也要看PA的Vcc电压是否有干扰,可以外加电压试试。可能就是PA的增益步径太大了。

这个东西叫磁滞参数,具体是什么不懂,但是通过修改这个值可以使切换点更加平滑,但是影响不大,如果已经PASS了但是看起来不平,可以修改这部分达到很好的效果。

磁滞参数包括磁性效应和电滞效应,PA不是完全线性的,为了进行线性补偿,需要在不同增益模式转换间进行参数设定。
