QC-MSM: How to enter into FTM for MSM7k Series when calibrating RF

For platforms based on MSM7k Series, at the beginning of calibration of RF it should be how to enter into FTM (Factory Test Mode) manually and automatically, respectively for Windows Mobile and Android.
