Job Description We are looking for RF test engineers for measuring, testing and troubleshooting in RF testing area.
Circuit, module/unit & BTS verification, calibration and acceptance testing
Test the RF parameters & analyze test data and result review
Setting up test environment for products
The tester preventive maintenance and calibration
Troubleshoot hardware & determine corrective action
Is responsible for sharing knowledge and training in his/her expertise area
Other duties and responsibility that supervisor assigned
Additional Requirements Education background in microwave electronic engineering, telecommunications
Minimum 2 years experience in testing & troubleshooting electronics components or device, preferable in RF product, wireless or microwave segment
Be familiar with test equipments e.g. spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer etc.
Understand analog electronic, RF microwave circuit theory including attenuator, amplifier, filter, mixer basics
Understand RF/microwave performance parameters such as NF, GAIN, OIP3, NPR, phase noise, spurious, and EMC related.
Knowledge of GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, LTE and TD LTE requirements in 3GPP standards 45.005, 25.104, 36.104 and 37.104 is preferred
Knowledge from some of the following tools/interfaces: C, C++, CVI, Teststand, Labview, ActiveX is preferred

要求不算太高，如果感兴趣，可能英文描述的有点离谱，职位要求如下：
1最好要有BTS环境，射频测试的工作经验
2两年以上的测试工作经验（本科就可以）
3部门属于LTE,主要是做RF硬件集成
4英文的话，可以看技术文档及邮件的书写，简单的英文沟通
