VCO中的单位（puliiing）

在mini的vco的datasheet中
对于pulling做出了2个定义，如下图，
其中一个为[upload=jpg]UploadFile/2008-6/08628@3721RD_2008-06-28_215903.jpg[/upload]
个人对pulling的理解为vco的负载由匹配到驻波比为1.67（不知道为啥这个值）时的频率相对变化值
而对于dBr的那个定义，是在没搞懂，高手出来指点下

当负载失配，驻波比为12dB时的频率偏移

MiniCircuits 的应用笔记AN45001中是这样写的：
Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) are normally designed for operation into ideal 50ohms impedance. Actual loads into which they work are seldom ideal. It is a standard industry practice to measure the variation of the frequency when the VCO output is seeing a load with 12-dB return loss (for all possible phase angles).
