请教下导入NXP的design kit遇到的问题

安装步骤：
Close all schematics
ii. In the main window of ADS, select "Design Kit -----> Setup Design Kits......"
iii. REMOVE the older version of the RFLDMOS model library (NOT just DISABLE)
iv. Apply the changes
v. Exit and restart ADS
vi. In the main window of ADS, select "Design Kit -----> Install Design Kits......"
vii. Install the RFLDMOS model library
viii. Exit and restart ADS
ix. In the main window of ADS, select "Design Kit -----> Install Design Kits......"
x. Install the model Design Kit
你可能没有装RFLDMOS model library。
xi. Exit and restart ADS
xii. Now the model will function properly

nxp现在有个专门的模型库，你可能要把它加载进去，然后在加载你的模型，估计就没有多大的问题了。

对，就是那个SIMKIT
不过我个人感觉NXP的ADS模型做的一般，仿真时经常不收敛，而且速度也比FSL的模型慢了不少
不过管子还是很好的
