用频谱仪测功率怎么读数不准啊!?
pll输出频率为915M,但是频谱仪测得为917M;我想对频谱仪进行校准,但是按了那个“CF CAL”一点反应都没有啊!还有一个“zero cal”是什么意思呢?高手请指点!谢谢!

其他的不知道,但是你的RBW设的也太宽了吧?
可想而知你的SPAN肯定也很大,
你要是想测量频率的频率值最好将SPAN和RBW都设的小一些
Are you sure the PLL output power is delivered to the spectrum analyzer? If the PLL output power is delivered to some load and you are using a high-impedance probe to test power, you certainly can not read the output power of the PLL. then -50dBm displayed at the spectrum is not unreasonable.
to test power, the most accurate method is to treat the spectrum as the load; do not use high impedance probe to do the measurement;high impedance probe are used to measure the existence of signals

出现这个问题把RBW打小,还有就是SPAN也打小, SA读出来的功率应该是准的,误差+/-0.5dB。
还有用高频探头很容易带入噪声,最好有SMAcable连接到SA,这样才是比较准的。
