职位描述：

Job Description

1) Be responsible forIGBT/Superjunction/High Performance Power MOSFET technology development.

2) Design productstructure and process flow ensuring that the process meets productrequirements.

3) Layout design andoptimization and TCAD simulation for new product.

4) DC/AC andreliability performance analysis and improving.

5) Product failedanalysis and yield improvement.

Requirement:

1) Good knowledge andhands-on experience in Power MOSFET, IGBT,Superjunction process and device(trench, planar).

2) Good knowledge ofHV Power Device Characterization, Power MOSFET, IGBT/Superjunction design.

3) Skilled with Layouttools and TCAD tools for layout design and process/device simulation.

4) Bachelor degree orabove in Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics or Material Science, etc.

5) 3 years experienceor above of process integration and power device design in technologydevelopment.

6) Good projectleadership ability and teamwork skill. Initiative and self motivated.

7) Good communication skills(presentation, written, verbal) of both technical and non-technical issues.
