职位描述：
This job role willhave expertise in:
1. Servertechnologies: including system architectures (software & hardware), besidestechnical
support of Linux,UNIX, virtualization system and monitoring tools for those systems. Support
includes installation,maintenance, problem troubleshooting, etc.
2. Engineeringtools: including system architecture, installation, maintenance,monitoring,
troubleshooting ofcommon EDA tools and source control tools.
3. Storagetechnologies: including system architectures, maintenance, monitoring,troubleshooting
of IBM N-series,NetApp storage systems.
4. Backuptechnologies: including system architecture, installation, maintenance,monitoring,
troubleshooting ofSeagate e-Vault system and Symantec Netbackup System.
5. Networktechnologies: including installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshootingof
network infrastructureof Cisco switches, routers, and video conference systems.
Day-to-dayresponsibility includes but not limits to:
1. Maintain athorough understanding of the systems and client supported
2. Ensureconsistent delivery of quality support utilizing Marvell's processes andprocedures
3. Problemtroubleshooting and resolution within agreed SLA
4. Perform dailysystem checks, create system documentation
5. Manage andresolve problems assigned by helpdesk or IT team peers.
6. Maintain afterhours on call support, if required.
Qualification;
1. Self-motivated,good communication skills & team work spirit.
2. Bachelor'sDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
3. At least 4years experience in related fields listed above.
6. Englishlanguage: Fluent
Belowskills/experiences are plus:
1. Experiencewith enterprise network infrastructure support
2. Experience inone or more flavors of Virtualization (VMware, Microsoft)
3. Experience inSAN storage.
4. Experience inWindows Operation System management.
5. Ability towrite/debug shell/perl scripts.
