职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre and Post designwin customer support for Qorvo standard RF products for infrastructureapplications.
Work closely withSales to develop business opportunities with major customers.
Work on-site with keycustomers de-bug of technical issues.
Verifycustomer-reported issues and cooperate with product line AE team to resolve.
Provide productstraining and demonstrations to customers, Reps/Distribution partners.
Develop relationshipsat engineering levels within the customers.
Work as a member of ateam to bring RF components including amplifiers to market.
Responsibilities willinclude interface with sales and marketing as the customer’s technical contact.
Ability to communicatecustomer needs, system specifications and product cycle information to thebusiness units.
Work in lab to tunecustomer boards and evaluation boards: Hands-on lab work to identify and resolveissues.
Strong lab skillsincluding bench test setup, soldering, micro-probing, use of common RF testgear, complex measurement techniques.
System level analysisand design experience component performance budgeting based on system levelrequirement (analysis of noise power, linearity, harmonics, and impedancematching).
On-site support:Experience in resolving customer technical issues.
Provide customers withRF technical product support at the RF system and component level.
Work with customers tointegrate RF components into BTS, Access Points, Routers, CATV applicationsetc.
Good presentationskills, customer oriented, good technical writing ability, responsible fortechnical articles, application notes, product notes.
Willingness to travela few times a quarter for customer visits.
Strong overall RFexperience: Familiar with transmission theory, matching theory, filtering, PAdesign, PA biasing, PA architectures, transceiver architectures, antennas, RFtest methods.
Design and analyze RFcircuits using tools such as Agilent ADS; Momentum, Mathcad (Mathlab), Libra,Eagleware, SPICE, etc.
Working knowledge ofSmith Chart analysis and impedance matching.
QUALIFICATIONS:BSEE,MSEE a plus.
5 years asRF/Microwave Engineer.
Read, write, and speakEnglish, Chinese.
ADS or equivalentsimulation tool.
Microsoft office.
Visual Basic, C, C++ aplus.
