RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key account managementto hit business goal including revenue and design win target.
Build goodrelationship with customer to maintain long term business.
Ensure customersatisfaction & respond to customer in a timely manner.
Internal communicationwith support team, product team to well manage the business in the account.
Understandmarket trend and competition.
Distributor managementfor the account business.
Understand Internalprocess and follow up it well.
QUALIFICATIONS:BSEE orMSEE with focus on RF/Microwave Engineering.
3+ Year semiconductorsales or marketing experience required.
Highly motivated,reliable, self driving individual who would maintain regular contact withcustomers and partners.
Fluent oral andwritten in English and Chinese.
Willing to travelfrequently (up to 50%).
Goodat Microsoft Office Tools, SAP experience is a Plus.
Team player,dedicated,strong communications and interpersonal skills.
